38 SRA Notice of Annual General Meeting

38 Signal Regiment Association will hold its Annual General Meeting on Monday, 23 November 2026 7:00pm CST.

The meeting will be held via Zoom conference – Notice of Date and Time of the AGM has been distributed by Email to all Members of the Association. Members are asked to Register to attend – the Zoom link will be provided to members who register.

The Agenda and Meeting Materials will be published on the Association website in advance of the meeting. Members will be notified by email when they are available.

A Call for Nominations for election to the Association Board and Executive Positions has been sent to all members and nominations can be made using the Nomination Form available on the Association Website.

All current and past members of the Association are invited to register attend, along with current members of 38 Signal Regiment who may also attend as guests. Current members are invited to register using the Registration Form and receive the Zoom link for the meeting. All others, in order to attend please use the Contact the Association form to submit your registration and receive the link.

Only current Association members will be entitled to vote at the AGM.

If you are a past member who’s dues have lapsed, or if you wish to become a member of the Association, you can register at 38signalregiment.org or contact the Treasurer using the Contact the Association form if you have questions about joining the Association or your current membership status.
