38 Signal Regiment Association is pleased to announce the recipients of two Manitoba Hydro Bursaries for 2026. Corporal Carlos Delmar, a serving member of 1 Squadron, 38 Signal Regiment and Kishon-Antonio Sharpe, son of Lt, Antonio Sharpe who serves with 1 Squadron, 38 Signal Regiment have each been presented with $1500 bursaries that will assist them in pursuing their post-secondary education.

The 2026 Mercury Dinner was held in Winnipeg on May 9.
The event was very successful with 55+ attendees who had a great evening.
