MH Bursary Awards 2025

38 Signal Regiment Association is pleased to announce the recipients of two Manitoba Hydro Bursaries for 2025. Lieutenant Emerich Kovacs and Private Rupinder Sahij Pal, both serving members of 1 Squadron, 38 Signal Regiment have each been presented with $1500 bursaries that will assist them in pursuing their post-secondary education. The Association would like to thank Manitoba Hydro for their ongoing support of the CAF and the Reserves, and in particular for their support of 38 Signal Regiment through these Manitoba Hydro Bursaries.
