2025 Manitoba Hydro Bursaries Awarded to 38 Signal Regiment Members

38 Signal Regiment is pleased to announce the award of Manitoba Hydro Bursaries for the 2025-26 academic year. Lieutenant Emerich Kovacs and Private Rupinder Sahij Pal, both serving members of 1 Squadron, 38 Signal Regiment have each been presented with $1500 bursaries that will assist them in pursuing their post-secondary education.
